Guest Reviews & Ratings
I stayed at this hotel on one of the lower floors to the front, and while the bedroom didn't have air conditioning, the room was really clean with a nice view. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always going above and beyond for guests. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to many stores and perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was good, especially the C Prime Restaurant. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable, making my stay pleasant overall.
The hotel offers great views of downtown and the mountains, but the rooms need some serious updating as they were quite dated in places. The cleanliness issues with the carpets, toilets, and windows were noticeable. Despite the heat being uncomfortable at times, the central location was ideal for exploring.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room had issues with the toilet causing a flood, it was conveniently located. The service was amazing in promptly addressing the room issue, providing a good breakfast, and offering free parking. The location was uncomfortable and awkward, but close to the city center. The dining experience was good with a generous and tasty takeaway breakfast. Overall, the value for money was decent.
The hotel is conveniently located downtown, close to the hospital, and offers basic rooms in need of updating. The service is friendly and accommodating, but there might be some inflated self-importance among the staff. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Vancouver, with easy access to shopping and transportation. The dining experience is satisfactory with a generous and tasty menu, particularly suitable for light meals. On the downside, the pricing and value for money might not align well, and parking comes at an additional cost.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and receiving the afternoon sun made it even better. Having a kitchenette meant I didn't always have to eat out, which was perfect for my needs. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate all our wishes, especially during our frequent trips to St Paul's Hospital in Vancouver. From the doorman to room service, everyone treated us with great care and attention. The location was superb, conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores, the beach, and other attractions like supermarkets and movie theaters. The dining experience was delightful, with generous and tasty meals available, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with 2 queen beds and a kitchen area, but they felt outdated and not refreshed for years. Despite this, the rooms provide a nice view and are quite spacious. The service was responsive to requests, but there were issues with payment accuracy. The central location is excellent for exploring the waterfront, though it can be noisy. The dining experience lacked inclusive breakfast options and was near an emergency hospital. The hotel facilities are well-maintained.
I was thrilled with my room upgrade to the 22nd floor with a beautiful view, but the cleanliness left much to be desired with filthy carpets and a leaking toilet. The hotel's prime location was a major highlight, though.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was classy and well-suited to my needs, with great walking distance access to many stores and restaurants. However, the rooms were not up to standard with scruffy conditions and maintenance issues. The service was friendly but could benefit from more training.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a small kitchen which was super convenient. The hotel was ideally located in downtown Vancouver, making it easy to explore popular areas like Gastown, Canada Place, and Stanley Park. Although the room lacked a sofa bed, the service was exceptional; the staff provided helpful directions for using public transportation and even took care of our luggage on our last day. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious takeaway breakfast options available. The only downside was the cleanliness of the location, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice in the spring, summer, and fall but could have used a fresh coat of paint. The location was very handy, although the proximity to the hospital next door meant occasional loud sounds from the A/C or other rooms.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was like an apartment with a kitchen diner area, lounge area, separate bedroom, and bathroom, providing a spacious and fantastic view of the city. The service was very accommodating and the staff, especially Roan, Sean, and Jesse, were helpful and polite. The location was superb, allowing me to easily walk around downtown Vancouver. The dining experience was good, although slightly limited. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
