central location helpful staff friendly staff leaking taps outside noise missing spoons

the location is central, which worked well for my plans. breakfast in the restaurant was a good start to my days. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The bathroom sink taps needed tightening. They leaked slightly. there were no spoons in the room for making coffee. i also found the noise from outside noticeable, even on a high floor.

amazing food large windows

The restaurant had some amazing food and drinks! Everything on the menu seemed fairly priced, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were large and wide. I had two big windows that displayed the skyline of the city.

The elevators were quite small.

Fantastic Stay!

convenient location beautiful views

I appreciated having a kitchen . This allowed me to prepare some meals. The location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. I got a room with a balcony overlooking a charming, tree-filled plaza, and the views were beautiful (especially at night).

The air conditioner in my room was leaking and the carpet near it was quite soaked. I reported it, and maintenance came multiple times, but the issue wasn't resolved promptly. I did have to use a bucket to catch the water.

The hotel offers a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes who want to exercise. A laundry room is available on the premises, so doing laundry was very convenient. The hotel also provides a cafe in the lobby.

the room was spacious.

The noise from the street was awful. I think the windows offer zero sound insulation. my shower barely worked and there wasn't consistent hot water. plus, the decor is quite dated. It needs some serious updates.

central location huge studio easy dining quick upgrade

the location IS pretty central. the king studio was HUGE, giving me lots of space to move around. the hotel's proximity to cafes and restaurants made dining easy. staff quickly upgraded me to another room when the safe in my first room didn't work.

some of the furniture FELT a bit old.
